CPR Certification
Participants are registering for CPR training through UMD Club Sports. The CPR certification should be valid for two years from the course completion date.
CPR Expiration Date
Participants should enter their current CPR certification expiration date in MM/DD/YYYY format. The certification date should reflect two years from the date the course was completed.
If you cannot locate your certification, search the American Red Cross Digital Certificate Search Engine.
New employees/staff: if you do not yet have a CPR certification, enter today's date so you can proceed with registration. An existing certification is not required.
Mask Information
- •Returning staff members MUST BRING their CPR mask from their initial CPR training.
- •Individuals who require a replacement mask will be assessed a $20 replacement fee.
- •New staff will be given a mask upon check-in and will not be charged a fee.
